Special Note

If you are not sure how many guests are coming to your child's party yet, then simply pay a small deposit on your selected package and we will send (in advance) however many  FREE invitations you need. Then at least two weeks BEFORE your party simply let us know how many guests there are coming, pay the balance and then we will send you your complete party order. This way you don't need to worry about buying too many things!

Where we Deliver

Our delivery rates below relate to deliveries to mainland England, Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands) and Wales. We can also deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, as well as to Northern Ireland, but the delivery costs will vary depending on weight and the size of your order and of course to the speed with which you need it to be delivered, so please contact us before placing your order to these destinations at : info@childrensartparties.co.uk or by telephone 01625 533247

Delivery time depends on your party order and how urgent you need your party package. Please call us if you require urgent delivery or if your party is less than 2 weeks away. Ideally, you should order early and have everything you need in advance of your party but some of us do leave things to the last minute!  We do have a next day service but please call to make sure we have everything you want in stock.

A - SERVICE: Within 24 hours. Please call us if you need an A service delivery, to make sure we have everything that you would like in stock. We would need the order to be made BEFORE mid-day. Price depends on weight and item selection. 

B - SERVICE:

This is our standard FEDEX service. Expect goods within 48-72 hours. We find FEDEX to be fantastic and usually VERY speedy! Usually £9.99 for whole party order. Can vary depending on quantity. The amount will show up in your shopping cart.

Our Presentation

Presentation is very important to us here at The Nellie Headquarters. All our party packages will arrive to you looking like an exciting present - it's a party after all! Be prepare to be wowed before you have even opened the box!

Collections

If you live locally and would like to collect from us please call beforehand to ensure that your order is ready and waiting. We will put the kettle on!

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Nellie's creative party package. If you are not happy with your order, please return it in the condition it arrived, within 14 days and we will be happy to refund your money. Please note: due to the nature of our bespoke service, the whole order would have to be returned, not individual items. Unless, otherwise agreed.
