The intellectual property may not be copied, transmitted, published, stored, reproduced, altered in any way without written permission.
Our products conform to European safety standards.
Some of our products contain small parts and are classified as unsuitable for children under 3.
We reserve the right to alter our terms and specifications without further notice.

Nellie's Party Shop takes care to stock only products that are safe for children. However all activities have an inherent health & safety risk and it is assumed that all persons making any art or craft supplied have the necessary skills to do so, and that they will do so safely and with common sense. Nellies cannot be held responsible for any accidents occurring during arts & crafts activities, however caused. Children should never take part in any potentially hazardous art or craft activity (such as using sharp objects or potentially dangerous substances) without adequate supervision.
Special Note
If you are not sure how many guests are coming to your child's party yet, then simply pay a small deposit on your selected package and we will send (in advance) however many FREE invitations you need. Then at least two weeks BEFORE your party simply let us know how many guests there are coming, pay the balance and then we will send you your complete party order. This way you don't need to worry about buying too many things!
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Email us confirming you wish to cancel your order providing your order number, product code and description of the goods you wish to cancel. If your order has not yet been despatched we will cancel it and refund your credit or debit card. If the goods have already been despatched, you will be refunded once the goods are back with us, in the condition they were sent out.

( We are only able to accept online orders for delivery within the mainland UK, please call us for other deliveries).
Delivery time depends on your party order and how urgent you need your party package. Please call us if you require urgent delivery or if your party is less than 2 weeks away. Ideally, you should order early and have everything you need in advance of your party but some of us do leave things to the last minute! We do have a next day service but please call to make sure we have everything you want in stock.
Delivery (Overseas)
We regret that we are unable to accept orders from outside the UK online. However, we are happy to take orders by telephone on: 01625533247. Postage is calculated depending on weight and destination of the parcel and will be confirmed to you before any funds are deducted from your credit card.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us unused and in perfect condition, together with proof of purchase, within 14 days and we will happily exchange the item or refund your money.
