Children should never take part in any potentially hazardous art or craft activity (such as using sharp objects or potentially dangerous substances) without adequate supervision. Can I cancel my order? Yes. Email us confirming you wish to cancel your order providing your order number, product code and description of the goods you wish to cancel. If your order has not yet been despatched we will cancel it and refund your credit or debit card. If the goods have already been despatched, you will be refunded once the goods are back with us, in the condition they were sent out. We regret that we are unable to accept orders from outside the UK online. However, we are happy to take orders by telephone on: 01625533247. Postage is calculated depending on weight and destination of the parcel and will be confirmed to you before any funds are deducted from your credit card.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us unused and in perfect condition, together with proof of purchase, within 14 days and we will happily exchange the item or refund your money.
